I created this avocado shake one morning with fruits that we had left over in the kitchen. Let me tell you...it turned out SO DELISH. It has a really fresh taste. My 13 year old brother was sitting at the kitchen counter when I made it and asked to try some. I was hesitant because he usually doesn't like "healthy green" foods. But he tried it and LOVED it. Such a win.
Even my dad wouldn't give me my glass back when I had him try the shake. I practically had to corner him to get my breakfast back!
Needless to say, this avocado shake is a win for everyone. Enjoy!
1 ripe avocado
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 banana
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 cups coconut water
2 tablespoons Stevia, raw maple syrup or agave nectar
Pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients in the blender until completely smooth. <3
